BWEA Marine 07
'BWEA Marine 07' co-sponsored by ScottishPower Renewables and Scottish Development International, will be the largest dedicated wave and tidal stream energy event in the world this year.

It comes at a fascinating time politically in the UK, with both the Energy and Marine Bill White Papers due for imminent release. It is also well timed to capture advancements in the industry itself with leading project developers now playing an ever increasing role and bringing with them the experience that will be required to deliver clean power from the sea economically, sustainably and, above all, safely.

However it is not only the UK that is looking to the sea as a power source for the future. Countries around the world are now beginning to realise the opportunities available in industrial creation around wave and tidal stream energy and are rapidly developing policies to support growth. This event will therefore bring together leading figures from these countries in order to highlight the potential for global market growth in this rapidly evolving clean energy industry.
With senior industry, investor and policy figures attending from around the world 'BWEA Marine 07' will be the best opportunity this year to meet the key individuals involved in this sector and to learn more about its development. If you have any interest in energy production, in carbon reduction, in project development or in industrial growth then this event will have something for you.
