ICMG 2011: 5th International Conference on Metals and Genetics

The 5th International Conference on Metals and Genetics (ICMG 2011) is an international forum for researchers to exchange information regarding advances in molecular biology, physics, proteomics, systems biology and clinical medicine further emphasizing the delicate balance of metals in health and diseases, as well as to identify the emerging research topics of metals in biology.

The congress will cover the recent advances in metal caused genetic diseases, neurological disorders and metals, structural biology of metal-proteins impacted in genetic disease, metalloproteomics and genetic disorders: diagnosis and therapeutics, the role of metals in nutritional supplementation and finally themes related to multi-metals in the enviroment causing health crisis.
